Besides, it would take days because the files app has difficulty moving more than 50 files to Lightroom at a time. My iPad does not even have enough internal storage for one of these batches. Without it, I would have to upload all the images to Lightroom in order to view and select. I am a photographer and the update is needed in order to preview certain large RAW files in the files app. If downloading the update on my iPad is not possible, it is a big problem because I have a large volume of work to complete while under lockdown. I haven’t checked if any data was used during all the hours in that state, but I hope not as I don’t have unlimited data. I’ve been struggling and trouble shooting for two days and no progress. My cellular connection is very strong, but both devices (iPhone 8 plus and iPad Pro 2019) get stuck on ‘update requested’. The location I am in for lockdown does not have a WiFi option. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support Turn one device off if that is the issue and try your update. Since this did work in the past and as recently as a few weeks ago with iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1, I wonder why it doesn’t now. I have an unlimited plan, all VPN configurations are disabled, Low Data Mode is inactive, and I can visit any other website just fine. Using an iPhone and an iPad running iOS 13.3.1 and iPadOS 13.3.1, respectively, I would like to download and install iOS 13.4.1 and iPadOS 13.4.1 via Personal Hotspot over Wi-Fi.
